SHIPPING

Domestic Shipping:  We ship at least once a week through the US Post Office.  In November and December we ship 3 - 4 times a week by US Priority Mail up until December 18th.  We cannot guarantee that your package will arrive by a specific date because of delays at the post office.

International Shipping: We ship once a week through the US Post Office.  We will NOT falsify customs forms on international shipping and we cannot guarantee that your package will arrive by a specific date.  Many international packages get held up in customs so if you do not have your package within the estimated delivery time, please check with your post office.  After  December 1st international delivery may take as long as 8 weeks so please keep that in mind when ordering products from our website and store.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

Although we do not require shipping insurance on most domestic items, we do highly recommend that you have your package insured against breakage or loss.  If your package is not insured we cannot be held responsible if your item(s) do not reach you safely.  If your item arrives damaged and the package was insured, please fill out a report with your local post office.  You must take the damaged item and all packaging materials to the post office and fill out a claim form.  Please have the post office send YOU the refund and then re-order the item.
